Morrison & Foerster is returning to Singapore after a three-year hiatus. Asia managing partner Eric Piesner and partner Eric Roose will relocate to Singapore from Tokyo, with Piesner heading the new office. He says a growing amount of legal work at the firm has a "Singapore nexus" and many of the firm's clients are there.
