New York attorney RICHARD FARLEY is moving uptown from Cahill Gordon & Reindel to Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker. Formerly a partner at Cahill, Farley joins Paul Hastings as a partner in the firm’s leveraged finance practice.
Farley is a corporate lawyer who is known for advising global banks on both bank lending and high-yield bond transactions. In addition to global banks, Farley’s clients include lead arrangers, underwriters, and initial purchasers participating in domestic and international transactions. He specializes in leveraged buyout financings, recapitalizations, acquisitions, and refinancing.
