Some 22-year olds with nothing more than their little ole undergraduate degrees are beating you to the punch. Here’s what junior bankers on Wall Street earn, according to U.K.’s eFinancial Careers:

- First year analyst: $142K to $152K

- Second year: $160K to $180K

- Third year: $195K to $215K
