What is Dacheng?
The short answer is that it is Asia’s largest law firm, with 3,681 lawyers in 50 offices worldwide, 42 in China and eight overseas. Much like Dentons, it’s the product of a voracious acquisition strategy: Just a dozen years ago, Dacheng Law Offices was a strictly domestic Chinese firm with fewer than 200 lawyers in three offices.
