Paul Hastings has hired Goodwin Procter private equity partner Josh Ratner as a new vice chair of its global private equity practice, the firm said Monday. Ratner will be based out of New York.
Firm chair Frank Lopez said that private equity is a priority for the firm in “2024 and beyond” and the hiring of Ratner is a reflection of that.
