I’m all for outing hypocrisy and holding folks accountable but sometimes I feel like I’m getting purity fatigue. Why, oh, why do we expect such innocence — particularly from lawyers and law firms?

Just this morning I got this email from a lawyer who’s representing a former female partner at DLA Piper who is suing the firm. The email’s author, Jeanne Christensen, a partner at Wigdor, starts:
