KELLI MOLL is now a partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, where she will lead the firm’s hedge fund practice in New York. Moll specializes in hedge fund and equity formation, regulatory advice, seed capital arrangements, and partnership arrangements among principals. She was formerly at Schulte Roth & Zabel.
Baker and Hostetler‘s litigation group has expanded with the addition of two new partners, J. GARRETT CORNELISON and JONATHAN LEWIS. Cornelison, whose legal career began at Baker Hostetler, was previously at McDermott International Inc. and Exterran Holdings Inc., where he served as in-house legal and compliance counsel. He will be based in the Houston office, and represent corporate clients in matters pertaining to international trade laws and regulations. Lewis, who comes from Mayer Brown, will be based in Washington, D.C., and focus on antitrust and competition matters.
