No one is about to disagree with the premise that a large law firm would be well served with a strategic plan. Consultants Patrick McKenna and Michael Rynowecer recently surveyed a host of law firm leaders, learning that 49% of those who responded thought that “strategic planning is more important than ever,” while another 20% called it “tremendously important.”
