The old-but-new Squire Sanders office space in Washington has a new occupant: Cozen O'Connor. Cozen, a Philadelphia-founded firm with a growing Washington office of litigators and public policy specialists, has subleased from Squire Patton Boggs, Squire's successor firm, until October 2026.
