Kalanick‘s past tainted endeavors of RED SWOOSH and SCOUR as well as the manipulation of Celluride sets such patterns in dealing with Levandowski. Where is the $680M? Uber and Kalanick has spearheaded a massive CCE (continuing criminal enterprise) violating the RICO ACT from inception. No one can operate unregulated in a regulated industry. It is criminal and against the law. Uber is the largest CONCERTED criminal conspiracy ever to sweep the US and world cities. There are so many investors, attorneys, lobbyists, government officials, and key employees who enjoined the world wide scam, once the Feds come and they are coming even though quite late and we all know the back reason why, the rideshare bluff will be over and indictments are certain in the criminal areas of tax evasion, securities fraud, labor violations, FTC violations, and many violations of the RICO ACT. Many Uber attorneys will face BAR charges and may be disbarred. Such attorneys have been paid enormous amounts of money to keep the litigation going and guise the Uber operation from regulation. Certainly the Code of Professional Responsibility has grossly been violated. The investors are dismayed and now realize they bought unregistered stock that was sold 15 times bringing in over $16B all with the promise of doing an IPO. The stock is so diluted, it is only wall paper. There are no certified financials which is a requirement. The Kalanick firing is only a smoke screen. The mass exodus of executives and especially drivers will continue as Uber‘s business platform can not ever work. Such people do not want their name and resumes tainted with a CCE organization. Drivers soon realize they were lured into using their personal vehicles with no operating authority. They do not want the exposure or criminal liability plus the below minimum wage net earnings. American is waking up as is the judicial system. It is a sucker deal all the way around.
