Sideman & Bancroft partner David Fermino has joined Kasowitz Benson Torres’ white-collar defense and investigations practice in San Francisco.
The move comes two weeks after the New York-based firm’s founding partner, Marc Kasowitz, was hired to lead President Donald Trump’s personal legal team. Kasowitz Benson tweaked its name earlier this year following the appointment of former name partner David Friedman to serve as U.S. ambassador to Israel.
