An Australian court has approved a settlement in a dispute between Herbert Smith Freehills and eight of its former partners who sought to leave the firm last year to open offices for White & Case in Australia.
An agreement was reached Monday between the eight former partners and the 167-strong claimant group of current partners at Herbert Smith Freehills, which filed suit in February.
