Davis Polk & Wardwell has recruited a former federal prosecutor as a partner in Hong Kong.
Patrick Sinclair joins from Ropes & Gray, where he was a partner in the government enforcement practice. Sinclair helps global clients develop compliance and investigative protocols for their Asian operations and represents companies in matters involving the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
