Fueled in part by its investment in the cannabis industry, booming Greenspoon Marder is expanding its intellectual property and complex litigation practices in San Diego with three new lawyers from Handal & Associates.
Name partner Anton N. Handal and two attorneys—Gabriel Hedrick and Lauren Kane—are joining the firm’s intellectual property practice, which launched last October with the addition of patent attorneys Kelly Hollowell and Justin McNaughton in Nashville, Tennessee. The practice focuses on patent and trademark strategies, registrations, portfolio management, licensing and litigation, both domestically and internationally. The attorneys represent a range of clients from individual investors and entrepreneurs to small and midsized businesses and large multinational corporations.
