Ubiquitous news of law firm data breaches, even among BigLaw, spotlights a treasure trove of trade secrets, confidential and strategic transactions, and sensitive client information — all of which might be stolen from law firms for ransom, sale, insider trading, blackmail or hacktivist purposes.
