Reed Smith has expanded in Houston with four lateral hires, including cybersecurity partner Bart Huffman and energy and environmental partner Daniella Landers.

Huffman, former chair of Locke Lord’s privacy and cybersecurity practice, joined Reed Smith’s intellectual property, information and innovation group, while Landers, who comes from Katten Muchin Rosenman, joined as a partner in Reed Smith’s energy and natural resources group. Also, senior corporate transactions associate Rodrigo Morales Draxl, formerly of King & Spalding, joined the firm’s Latin American business team, and Paige Bennett, a trial lawyer who was a former prosecutor in California, joined as an associate in the labor and employment practice from Bracewell.
