I‘m a retired attorney and the only attorneys I knew that had sex with clients were total sleaze balls who probably should have been disbarred. If you fall in love with a client, you should either wait to act on that emotion until your representation ceases or -- should that prove impossible -- withdraw from representing them, so that they could get an ethical attorney who understands and observes professional boundaries.

My cleint‘s are busness cleint‘s. I would be mortified if any of them took their clothe‘s off and said they wanted for me to have s-x with them. FOOEY! Beside‘s, I would NEVER want to tell anyone that they were huffeing and puffeing on top of me. DOUBEL FOOEY!

The problem with lawyers having sex with their clients is not that they might perform incompetently (the legal stuff, that is). It‘s that they would be tempted to do the job too well. We‘ve all suffered from having to deal with the zealous true-believers whose clients are always right and whose adversaries are always evil. Look, if you need to have sex with your client, hand him/her off to successor counsel and get back to working objectively for the rest of your clients.

Unless a client is also his/her attorney‘s spouse, an attorney should never have sex with a client. It‘s highly unprofessional.
