Civil libertarians have sounded alarms over President-elect Donald Trump's calls for mass deportations of undocumented immigrants and restrictions on Muslims entering the country. But as some Big Law partners have found in some recent racist encounters, a vocal segment of America is willing to go further.

    Everyone wants to lay this at Trump‘s door, but the fact is that many Americans are upset with the open border policies. The USA is a wonderful place, everyone wants to come here, unfortunately we do not have unlimited resources so the burden falls on the rest of us by way of increased taxes, crowded emergency rooms and schools and freeways that look like parking lots. While it is unfortunate that some people are jerks as shown above, if you are here legally then no one should bother you. If you are here illegally, then something needs to be done to see you safely to your country of origin. Why is it considered racist to want your fellow Americans to have advantages that are at the moment only available to illegals?
