Five months after bolting on Finnish firm Peltonen LMR, global legal giant DLA Piper has expanded again in Scandinavia, as it prepares to absorb Swedish shop Grönberg.

DLA Piper is preparing another European merger, this time with Swedish firm Grönberg.
The Stockholm-based firm, formed in 1929, focuses on corporate, compliance, insolvency and litigation work. Grönberg has 28 employees, including 21 lawyers, who will relocate to DLA Piper’s office in Stockholm. The merger will go live on Oct. 1.
