Oklahoma City-based Seventy Seven, which provides servicing and equipment for oil drilling rigs and hydraulic fracturing, listed debts of $1.73 billion against assets of $1.78 billion, according to the company’s Chapter 11 petition in a bankruptcy court in Wilmington, Delaware.
