One year into his role as chairman of Hinshaw & Culbertson, Kevin Burke has made a broad management shakeup, putting his mark on the Chicago-based firm led for the previous 26 years by Donald Mrozek.

In a display of the autonomy of the top leadership role he assumed nearly a year ago, Burke appointed a new managing partner, four new management committee members, five new practice group leaders and seven new office leaders, according to a statement by the 525-lawyer firm. The seven-member management committee is Hinshaw’s highest-ranking governing body.
