Shauneen Militello was doing makeup for the actor Michael Madsen on the set of a music video for a metalcore band, Every Time I Die, when she noticed something about her clients that upset her.
“They couldn’t wait to wash off the makeup,” said Militello, who since August has worked as an attorney at DLA Piper in Los Angeles.
