Dentons has found a new way to service startups. A little more than a year after acquiring a small New York firm that advises new companies, the global legal giant announced Monday that it has formed a partnership with international co-working giant WeWork Companies Inc.
The arrangement will see about 20 partners and associates from Dentons’ venture technology group offer legal and business advisory services to members of WeWork Labs New York during office hour sessions at five of WeWork’s outposts around the Big Apple. (Rapidly growing WeWork—which last year saw its valuation reach $10 billion—has more than 30,000 members and 50 locations worldwide.)
