Holland & Knight kept up its lateral growth spurt this week, announcing a new outpost in Charlotte, North Carolina, helmed by banking and corporate finance lawyers it lured from other firms.
Partner Timothy Ryan is joining Holland & Knight from Winstead, while partners Rick Brown and Chris Kupec and senior counsel Jonathan Brodhag made the jump from Bryan Cave. The new office continues Holland & Knight’s strategy of recruiting from rival firms to expand into new markets.
