Braving a continuing decline in U.S. bankruptcy filings, Linklaters is beefing up its restructuring and insolvency practice in New York with the addition of partner Margo Schonholtz, who joins the firm from Willkie Farr & Gallagher.

Schonholtz is the second lateral hire the London-based firm has announced since last week, when antitrust partner Douglas Tween joined Linklaters from Baker & McKenzie to head its U.S. antitrust and government investigations practice.
