On their fifth full day of deliberations, jurors in the Dewey & LeBoeuf criminal trial in Manhattan requested more exhibits and asked to rehear one of the five charges against the defendants.

The panel of seven women and five men is deciding the fate of ex-Dewey & LeBoeuf chairman Steven Davis, former executive director Stephen DiCarmine and former chief financial officer Joel Sanders. The three are accused by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office of orchestrating a scheme to alter the firm’s records in order to present a more favorable financial picture to its lenders and investors.
