Lawyers on opposing sides in the criminal case against three former top Dewey & LeBoeuf executives used the last day of testimony from the defunct firm’s former general counsel, Janis Meyer, to present a jury with their respective versions of the events that drove the firm into bankruptcy in May 2012.
Not surprisingly, the two sides have different points of view.
