Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy added two members to its partnership ranks this week, as two more left for opportunities elsewhere.
The firm brought on Jones Day private equity partners ROBERT KENNEDY and BRIEN WASSNER in New York, where they will join Milbank’s global corporate group. The M&A duo has advised clients in a range of different industries. Wassner joined Jones Day two years ago from Winston & Strawn, while Kennedy left Latham & Watkins in 2006 for Jones Day.
