Robert Ughetta, a capital markets partner with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in Charlotte, has left the firm two months after being charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. It was the third time in three years the lawyer found himself in legal trouble.
Police in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, took Ughetta into custody on May 17, as previously noted by The Am Law Daily, on misdemeanor charges that set bond at $3,000.
