Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo saw flat financial performance in 2014, with gross revenue increasing by 1.9 percent, to $316 million, while revenue per lawyer increased by 0.7 percent, to $760,00, and profits per partner increased by 0.5 percent, to $955,000. Attorney head count went from 410 to 417.

“It’s about flat as flat can be,” says a candid Robert Bodian, managing partner at Mintz Levin. “In a landscape where some law firms had very strong years and some are falling off the face of the map, it’s sort of hard to gauge it.”
