Faegre Baker Daniels has expanded its Chicago office by hiring nine partners from four firms, including from Locke Lord Edwards, Morgan Lewis & Bockius, Seyfarth Shaw and Ulmer & Berne.
Jeffrey Blumberg, Kurt Lebakken, James Martignon and David Porteous have joined as investment management partners in the firm’s corporate practice from Ulmer & Berne, where Blumberg served as a financial services and corporate partner, Lebakken as a corporate partner, and Martignon and Porteous as financial services and business litigation partners.
