Norton Rose Fulbright Brings on Ex-Bingham COO in Houston

Norton Rose Fulbright has brought on Tracee Whitley to serve as the firm’s chief of operations in the U.S. Whitley will be based in Houston, the firm’s largest U.S. office.

This is the first time Norton Rose Fulbright has had someone in this type of role since legacy firms Norton Rose and Fulbright & Jaworski combined in 2013. With more than 3,500 lawyers, Whitley says the global nature of the firm is part of what attracted her to the job.
