Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Hogan Lovells are representing Rupert Murdoch's Twenty-First Century Fox on its $80 billion unsolicited takeover bid for Time Warner, which has rejected the offer. Cravath, Swaine & Moore is advising Time Warner on the matter. All three firms have long histories with the two media giants.
