Goodwin Procter has named David Hashmall as its next chairman, replacing Regina Pisa, the first woman ever to lead an Am Law 100 firm, when she steps down at the end of September.
Hashmall will become only the sixth chairman in Goodwin Procter’s 102-year history after being elected to a five-year term, the firm said in an announcement Wednesday.
