Putting women on high profile assignments early in their careers is an issue our Managing Partner @RobertMoritz talks about to our male partners. They have to @LeanIn and be sensitized to this issue. Realistic big law partner May 20, 2014 Given that most AmLaw 200 firm‘s are now eat-what-you-kill, a more meaningful analysis would focus on the amount of originations a female lawyer has.
