The newest counsel to Debevoise & Plimpton's business restructuring and workouts group is CRAIG BRUENS. Bruens, who is based in New York, will continue to focus on Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and out-of-court restructuring. Bruens recently left Kirkland & Ellis.

TODD KELLY has joined Jones Day's Dallas office after leaving Norton Rose Fulbright. Kelly will come on as a partner in Jones Day's health care and life sciences practice, representing hospitals, medical groups, and other health care providers.

Littler Mendelson has brought on JOANNA BROOKS as a shareholder in its San Francisco office. Brooks will continue working as a class action specialist, advising on wage and hour compliance as well as other employment issues. Brooks was formally at Jackson Lewis, where she was a partner and head of the firm's class action practice.

Lowenstein Sandler has added JEFFREY BLUMENFELD as a partner and chair of the firm's antitrust and trade regulation practice. Blumenfeld previously worked at Crowell & Moring. While Blumenfeld will be based out of Lowenstein's New York office, he will also spend time in Washington, D.C.
