Baker & Hostetler has added two telecommunications lawyers to its Washington, D.C., office from Dow Lohnes. GARY LUTZKER joins the firm as partner and J. CHRISTOPHER REDDING joins as of counsel.

The newest addition to Dechert is partner MATTHIEU GROLLEMUND in Paris. Grollemund will continue focusing on corporate and private equity work, as he did while working as a partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.

DLA Piper's New York office has welcomed T. STEVEN HAR to the firm’s litigation practice from Duane Morris, where Har was a partner. He focuses on product liability, banking, and general commercial litigation matters, often for Korean multinational clients doing business in the United States.

Two years after leaving what was then SNR Denton for DLA Piper, MATTHEW YOON has rejoined the newly branded Dentons as a partner in New York. Yoon's capital markets practice covers federal and state regulatory compliance for residential mortgages and consumer finance.

JONATHAN BULL has returned to Gardere Wynne Sewell’s Dallas office as a senior attorney in the environmental practice group after two years as an enforcement attorney with the Environmental Protection Agency.

In advance of Haynes and Boone's planned launch in Shanghai, the firm has hired LIZA MARK from the Hong Kong office of Dorsey & Whitney. Mark, who represents Chinese and international companies on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets deals, will head the new office.

NATHAN KUTT has joined the Miami office of Hunton & Williams as counsel in its financial institutions section. Prior to joining the firm, Kutt was general counsel for private equity firm BankCap Partners.

Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman has launched an office in Washington, D.C., as well as a government affairs practice, with CLARINE NARDI RIDDLE at the helm. Riddle previously served as chief of staff to former U.S. Senator Joseph Lieberman, who recently joined Kasowitz as senior counsel in New York. The newest counsel in King & Spalding’s business litigation practice is JOHN DRENNAN, who most recently served as the assistant general counsel in charge of significant litigation at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Drennan joins the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.

CLARA INGEN-HOUSZ will join Magic Circle firm Linklaters in October from Baker & McKenzie, where she was a partner in Hong Kong. She specializes in advising multinational companies on antitrust regimes in Asia, with a focus on China, as well as representing Asian companies on global competition issues.

McGuireWoods has expanded its international trade, competition and European Union regulatory law practice with the addition of partners VASSILIS AKRITIDIS and YVES MELIN and senior counsel ALESSANDRO NUCARA to the firm’s Brussels office. The team, led by Akritidis, comes from Squire Sanders.

DONALD REINO has moved to Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, where he will practice in the areas of online brand equity and sports law as a partner. He comes from Cleveland Golf, where he was general counsel.

Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart has welcomed ERIC SU as a shareholder from Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, where he was a partner in the firm's labor and employment, litigation, and construction practice groups.

RICHARD MOONEY has left the partnership of Bryan Cave to join Rimon, where he will be a partner focusing on antitrust and competition matters and transnational disputes. Earlier in his career, Mooney worked at now-defunct Heller Ehrman and at Latham & Watkins.

The real estate practice of Seyfarth Shaw has expanded with the hire of JAMES O'BRIEN in San Francisco. O'Brien joins as a partner from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Thompson Hine has welcomed two new partners to its Atlanta office. ROY HADLEY JR. joins the corporate transactions and securities practice group as a partner, and JOHN WATKINS has joined the business litigation group, also as a partner. Both most recently worked at Barnes and Thornburg’s Atlanta office. Hadley previously served as special assistant attorney general for the state of Georgia.

ELIZABETH YOUNG will practice in the areas of product liability and mass tort litigation, as well as commercial and business litigation, as a partner at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker’s New York office. Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Ms. Young was of counsel with Aaronson Rappaport Feinstein & Deutsch.
