The Phoenix office of Ballard Spahr is welcoming a new intellectual property litigator. KIMBERLY WARSHAWSKY joins as a partner and was last a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, where she mostly worked on patent, trademark, and trade secret litigation and software license disputes.

BENJAMIN OLSON, the former deputy assistant director for the office of regulations at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, is now counsel with BuckleySandler. Based in Washington, D.C., Olson’s practice focuses on consumer financial protection regulation.
