Crowell & Moring hired DLA Piper partner JONATHAN LISLE in London this month to head its corporate group in the global financial services center.
Lisle focuses his practice on M&A across all sectors, with a particular specialization in the health care arena; he previously served as the European, Middle East and Asia head of health care at DLA Piper and was a co-founder of the same group at CMS Cameron McKenna. But Lisle, who left the latter for DLA Piper in 2011, also has another unique skill set for a big-firm lawyer.
