McDermott Will & Emery, no stranger to lateral movement this year, has made a bevy of hires in Chicago, Dallas and Washington, D.C.
Texas Lawyer, a sibling publication, reports that the bulk of the new additions are 15 lawyers in Dallas from K&L Gates led by six technology and M&A partners. McDermott has had a small office in Dallas since 2012, but earlier this year it brought on three tax lawyers from Dentons to grow its outpost in the city.
