It’s been a busy past few weeks at Holland & Knight.
The Miami-based Am Law 100 firm announced last month it would open in Anchorage by bringing on an eight-lawyer team from Patton Boggs ahead of the latter’s merger with Squire Sanders, the latest in a series of prominent hires from Patton Boggs by Holland & Knight, which recently confirmed the closure of its sole outpost in the Middle East to focus on the Americas.
