It’s been a tumultuous 2015 so far for Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman.

With many partners still unsettled by a string of foiled mergers—most recently with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in 2013—the firm has suffered a stream of high-profile departures over the past four months. Pillsbury lost a large group of mainly New York partners to Winston & Strawn in March, and three more partners left for Winston and for Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton last month.
