The IP litigator has had a peripatetic career over about four decades, making stops at Nutter, McClennen & Fish; LeBoeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae; Sullivan & Worcester; Mayor Brown; and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe before landing at DLA Piper, where The Am Law Daily caught up with him when he started in 2013.
