The University of Florida E-Discovery/EDRM Conference for the Small and Medium Case will be held on March 14 at the Gainesville campu. The conference has been developed for attorneys working on small- or medium-sized cases, and will feature discussions and demonstrations of e-discovery technology.

It will feature seven panels, each of which will expand on the conference theme of “Let the data tell your winning story.” Organizers note that the end goal of e-discovery, from locating data onward, is to use data to tell a compelling and winning narrative, and this conference seeks to make e-discovery approachable by exploring how each step of the e-discovery process can add to a story. Panel topics include targeted collections, data analysis, deriving data from social media, and more, and each will focus on how these individual elements of e-discovery can be assembled into a larger story.
