The Palo Alto-based computer and information technology giant announced Tuesday that it has asked regulators in both the U.S. and U.K. to probe alleged financial improprieties involving British software company Autonomy, which HP acquired for $11.1 billion last year, according to Recordersibling publication Law Technology News.
