Less than a month after announcing its plans to absorb leading Scottish firm Maclay Murray & Spens, the ever-expanding Dentons has recruited a quartet of lawyers from Baker McKenzie to launch a tax practice in the Netherlands.

The hires are the global legal giant’s first since it officially opened in the country in May after combining with local firm Boekel. The four new recruits are all joining Dentons Boekel—the arm of the Dentons verein that operates in the Netherlands—as partners.
