Two small California law firms have closed their doors in recent weeks.
Tropio & Morlan, a commercial litigation and product liability boutique based in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Woodland Hills, dissolved earlier this month after name partner Scott Tropio and two other lawyers moved to the local office of Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker on June 12.
