Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher will launch a French litigation and disputes practice after taking four partners from Ashurst, the second such mass defection from the British firm’s Paris office so far this year.

The team includes dispute resolution partners Eric Bouffard, Pierre-Emmanuel Fender and Jean-Pierre Farges, private equity and M&A partner Bertrand Delaunay and restructuring counsel Amanda Bevan, all of who will join Gibson Dunn as partners in Paris.
