Arguing that Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison will not conduct an independent inquiry, high-profile plaintiffs lawyer Lisa Bloom on Tuesday asked the New York State Division of Human Rights to investigate sexual harassment at Fox News.

“Show this company that it is not above the law,” Bloom—who represents a woman who says anchor Bill O’Reilly propositioned her—urged the state agency in a 17-page filing. “We believe that the many women who signed confidentiality agreements would welcome subpoenas from you so that they can share their stories.”
