New Jersey-based Scarinci Hollenbeck on Tuesday announced a trio of hires in its New York office, including a pair of former Baker & Hostetler intellectual property lawyers.

Scarinci Hollenbeck, a roughly 60-lawyer firm with headquarters in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, has hired David Einhorn as chairman of the firm’s technology practice. Einhorn comes to Scarinci Hollenbeck after almost nine years as a partner at Baker & Hostetler, where he focused on patent litigation and trademark, copyright and internet domain name issues.
